Our reservation process is direct and uncomplicated; however, our team is ready to assist you with your queries to facilitate the process.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note we operate under a non-refundable booking policy. When you make a reservation, the full amount for your stay will be charged to your provided payment method immediately. This charge is non-refundable, which means that in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, you will not receive a refund.
We understand that plans can change, and we encourage guests to carefully consider their travel arrangements before booking. By confirming your reservation, you accept and agree to this non-refundable policy.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to an additional fee.
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy limits for each villa type must be adhered to.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests not included in the original reservation.
Damage Policy:

Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa during their stay.
A pre-authorization hold may be placed on the credit card to cover potential damages.

Smoking Policy:

Adhere to non-smoking areas.
Use designated areas.

Force Majeure
​
The villa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other causes.
Policy Amendments:
The villa reserves the right to amend policies without prior notice.
